Home of ChampionsNorfolk, VirginiaWHO WE ARE
We are a Bible-believing, Holy Spirit, people and mission oriented church.
We exist to establish responsible and self-sustaining churches filled with committed, Spirit-filled Christians of character, who will impact their communities.
To become a global Pentecostal church that is culturally relevant in vibrant evangelism, church planting, discipleship and holistic ministry.

We believe in the divine inspiration and authority of the Holy Scriptures. We believe that the Bible is infallible in its declaration, final in its authority, all-sufficient in its provisions and comprehensive in its sufficiency (2 Timothy 3:16; 2 Peter 1:21).
We believe in the existence of the One True God, Elohim, Maker of the whole universe; indefinable, but revealed as Triune Godhead—Father, Son and Holy Spirit—One in nature, essence and attributes; Omniscient, Omnipotent and Omnipresent (Genesis 1:1; Matthew 3:16-17; 28:19; 2 Corinthians 13:14).
We believe that “all have sinned and come short of the glory of God” (Genesis 3:1-19; Isaiah 53:6; Romans 3:23), and are subject to eternal punishment (Matthew 13:41,42; Romans 6:23), and need Repentance (Acts 2:38; Matthew 4:17; Acts 20:21) and Regeneration (John 3:3,5; Titus 3:5).
We believe that humanity’s need of a Savior has been met in the person of Jesus Christ through His Deity, Virgin Birth, Sinless Life, Atoning Death, Resurrection and Ascension, His abiding intercession and His Second Coming to judge the living and the dead.
We believe all humanity have to repent of and confess their sins before God and believe in the vicarious death of Jesus Christ to be justified before God. We believe in the sanctification of the believer through the working of the Holy Spirit and in God’s gift of eternal life to the believer.
We believe in Baptism by immersion as a testimony of a convert who has attained a responsible age of about 13 years. Infants and children are dedicated to the Lord. We believe in the Lord’s Supper or Holy Communion for members in full fellowship.
We believe in the baptism of the Holy Spirit for believers with signs following; also in the operation of the gifts and the fruit of the Holy Spirit in the lives of believers (Mark 16:17; Acts 2:4; 1 Corinthians 12:8-11; Galatians 5:22-23).
We believe in tithing and in free-will offerings toward carrying forward the Kingdom of God. We believe that God blesses a cheerful giver.
We believe that healing of sickness and disease is provided for God’s people in the atonement. The Church is not opposed to soliciting the help of qualified medical practitioners.
We believe in the Second Coming of Christ and the Resurrection of the dead, both the saved and the unsaved—the saved to the resurrection of life and the unsaved to the resurrection of damnation.
We believe in the institution of marriage as a union established and ordained by God for the lifelong, intimate relationship between a man as husband and a woman as wife as biologically defined at birth, for mutual help, fellowship, comfort and honorable procreation and training of children.

It is the presentation of Jesus Christ in the power of the Holy Spirit with the view that people will come and trust Jesus as Saviour and Lord and serve Him in the fellowship of the Church. Evangelism is the responsibility of every Church member.
Discipleship is training believers to be like Christ, emphasizing holiness, righteousness, faithfulness, honesty, sincerity, humility, prayerfulness and disciplined, responsible lives.
We seek to honor God who gave His best by maintaining a high standard of excellence in all our ministries and activities (Colossians 3:23-24).
Prayer is central to church life, including prayer for Holy Spirit baptism, healing and deliverance, with services marked by praise, worship, teaching, spiritual gifts, prayer and testimony.
We believe in the presence of the person of the Holy Spirit and that the Christian life can be led only with His grace. His leading in all spheres of activity in the Church is paramount.
Leadership development is based on the apostolic foundation. Appointments and callings are based on character, charisma and the leading of the Holy Spirit, with ministry by both clergy and laity.
Our culture emphasizes self-support, faithfulness and integrity, prayer, discipline, fellowship, respect for authority, mutual respect, sacrificial service, abstinence from alcohol, tobacco and hard drugs, church planting, monogamous marriage and chastity before marriage.
Faithfulness in giving offerings and paying tithes to enhance the ministry of the Church is emphasized, with periodic teaching on this subject.
The Church believes in communal living, supporting one another and serving community needs such as health services, schools, agriculture and assistance to the needy.
The church upholds holiness of members unto the Lord in all their endeavors (Romans 12:1; Hebrews 12:14).
Respect for and obedience to authority, submission to corrective measures and policies of the Church, and regular fellowship of the saints are emphasized.
The Church upholds sound biblical doctrine and does not tolerate the propagation of wrong or false doctrine (Acts 2:42a).

GROW & SERVE
Growing disciples, strengthening families, and sharing the Gospel through every generation.
The evangelistic wing of the church, open to members of all ages and genders. The ministry trains members for soul winning and evangelistic activities, raises new converts, and prepares them for church membership.
Its main function is making and building up new converts until they are enabled to obey all the commandments of Jesus.

The Youth Ministry serves the spiritual needs of individuals ages 13–19. The church recognizes the youth as future leaders of the church and society and seeks to ground them firmly in the service of the Lord.
Every female member over age 16 is considered a member. The ministry encourages women to build strong prayer lives, strengthen their spiritual and family lives, set good Christian examples in society, and pray for the church and its leaders.
